Bestway Consultancy Services is seeking a skilled and analytical Senior Analyst – Treasury to oversee and optimize financial operations, including cash management, treasury functions, financial reconciliations, and financial statement analysis. The successful candidate will support effective liquidity management, minimize financial risks, and improve operational efficiency through strategic treasury practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cash flow to maintain optimal liquidity for operational and strategic requirements.

• Oversee banking relationships, including bank communications, payment processing, and foreign exchange transactions.

• Handle interest rate management and other banking-related activities.

• Analyze financial statements to identify trends, financial issues, and potential cash flow risks.

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and provide insights to support business decision-making.

• Manage cash flow across complex, multi-business structures while meeting group reporting requirements.

• Implement best practices for cash flow forecasting and financial reconciliations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align cash management strategies with organizational objectives.

• Monitor treasury operations and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.

• Improve financial efficiency through effective treasury management and operational enhancements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education: MBA or ACCA Finalist.

• Experience: 4–7 years of relevant professional experience.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.

• Fluency in spoken English.

• Ability to manage cash flow, financial reconciliations, and treasury operations effectively.

• Previous experience in an offshore or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment will be preferred.

• Willingness and ability to work according to the UK working schedule.
