The organization is committed to promoting education and lifelong learning and is seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join its team as a Digital Learning Associate.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree (completed or in the final year) in Education, Communications, Media, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Create engaging quizzes, short videos, stories, and visual content for online course participants from diverse backgrounds.

• Develop and maintain a system to track learner progress, course completion, and feedback to improve online learning experiences.

• Design and manage an online Community of Practice for course graduates, including platforms, structure, discussions, webinars, peer learning activities, and moderation guidelines.

• Collaborate with team members and external partners to achieve organizational goals.

• Follow ITA's safeguarding policies, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH) guidelines, and Code of Conduct.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
