Job Overview

Bestway Consultancy Services is seeking a qualified and experienced Sr. Analyst – Accounts Payable to support and manage accounts payable operations within a Shared Service Centre environment. The successful candidate will assist the Manager – Accounts Payable in improving invoice processing, ensuring compliance, monitoring performance, and supporting team development to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable operations and handle invoice processing for the company's wholesale and retail business.

• Supervise and provide functional support to AP Analysts, ensuring effective workload prioritization and timely processing.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and international customers to resolve accounts payable issues.

• Assist the Manager – Accounts Payable in preparing weekly reports and monitoring service-level agreements (SLAs).

• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and payments are made efficiently and on time.

• Support the implementation of effective compliance procedures for suppliers and internal customers.

• Monitor weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure departmental targets are achieved.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen controls, and enhance team performance.

• Contribute to staff development and support the implementation of best practices in accounts payable operations.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance and Accounting.

• ACCA or ACMA qualification is also accepted.

Experience

• 4–7 years of relevant professional experience.

• Previous experience in a similar accounts payable function is preferred.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of ERP accounting software is preferred.

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in invoice processing, payment management, and accounts payable operations.

• Ability to support team members, monitor performance, and improve operational processes.

• Strong coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Working Schedule

Candidates must be comfortable working from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
