Job Description

The Bank of Khyber is inviting applications for the position of Development Officer (Contractual) in Mardan. The selected candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, marketing banking products, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Market banking products and attract new customers.

• Promote and sell the bank's products and services.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets on a pro-rata basis.

• Maintain satisfactory performance in line with the bank's sales objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Minimum qualification: Graduation.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or another relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign university will be preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of total working experience.

• Candidates with experience in sales or marketing, particularly in the banking sector, will be preferred.
