Position Purpose

The Sr. Analyst Financial Control will manage accounting records, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee accounting operations, analyze financial performance, monitor expenditures, forecast revenue, coordinate audits, and maintain accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly General Ledger (GL) closing activities.

• Prepare monthly financial performance reports and commentary.

• Develop monthly closing schedules and supporting financial workings.

• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely financial closing.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.

• Monitor internal controls and accounting procedures.

• Prepare and review income statements.

• Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes.

• Manage financial transactions and accounting operations.

• Improve accounting functions and operational efficiency.

• Develop financial growth plans and evaluate potential risks.

• Coordinate internal and external audit activities.

• Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Eligibility Criteria

• CA Inter (preferably with articles from a Big Four firm), ACCA Qualified, or MBA.

• 4–7 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and the UK accounting and taxation framework.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and G-Suite.

• Ability to analyze large volumes of financial data.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Practical experience in financial statement analysis.
