Grade: Up to OG-II

Minimum Education: Graduation

Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign university.

Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience, primarily in banking operations at a commercial bank.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in account opening and customer KYC procedures will be preferred.

Job Summary

Bank of Khyber is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented professional for the position of Officer in the Account Services Department (CLOD) at its Head Office in Peshawar. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing account opening documentation, verifying customer information, and ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify account opening forms and supporting documents received from branches across Pakistan.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer information and account opening documentation.

• Follow the bank's internal policies and account opening procedures.

• Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and AML/CFT requirements.

• Apply Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) standards.

• Support compliance with applicable banking regulations and internal controls.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of banking operations and account opening procedures.

• Understanding of KYC/CDD requirements and AML/CFT regulations.

• Strong document verification and attention-to-detail skills.

• Ability to follow banking policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Good analytical and organizational skills.
