Job Description

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer Asset for its Jhang Branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting loan products, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring timely loan repayments in accordance with bank policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement sales and service plans to achieve assigned business targets.

• Promote loan products and develop strong relationships with customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.

• Assess customer profiles and creditworthiness using the Five Cs of Credit.

• Explain loan products, terms, and conditions to customers.

• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients.

• Ensure timely loan repayments and effective recovery of outstanding loans.

• Follow bank policies, procedures, ethical standards, and lending guidelines.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business areas.

• Prepare weekly field activity plans and report progress to the line manager.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and address service-related concerns.

• Safeguard customers' legal documents and confidential information.

• Report suspected fraud and potential financial losses to management.

• Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and internal controls.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.

• MBA will be preferred.

Experience:

- Preferably 0–1 year of relevant experience.

Required Skills:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.

• Persuasion and negotiation.

• Basic understanding of credit assessment and loan products.

• Market research and business development.

• Ability to achieve targets and follow banking procedures.
