Eligibility Criteria

Education

Experience

- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate hospital operations during the night shift.

• Ensure patient safety and uninterrupted delivery of healthcare services.

• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments.

• Manage staffing, resources, and operational issues.

• Handle operational emergencies and facilitate timely resolution of patient and staff concerns.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and standards.

• Serve as the primary administrative contact during night hours.

• Escalate critical matters to the relevant leadership and ensure effective shift handovers.
