MTJF Foundation is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Executive to manage its digital platforms, develop engaging content, and strengthen online community engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, social media expertise, and an understanding of digital content strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

• Develop content plans and social media posting calendars.

• Write and adapt captions, post copy, and campaign messages according to communication objectives.

• Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and support community engagement.

• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content teams to ensure timely publishing.

• Track and report reach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth.

• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviour.

Qualification, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in social media or digital content.

• Strong writing and editing skills in both English and Urdu.

• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling tools.

• Good understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

• Experience in an NGO or social impact organization is preferred.
