Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual for the position of Relationship Officer Asset at its Gojra Branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting loan products, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement sales and service plans to achieve business growth objectives.

• Promote and sell the bank's loan products to potential customers.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Achieve assigned sales targets while following ethical practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.

• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five Cs of Credit.

• Explain loan products, terms, and conditions to customers.

• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients.

• Ensure timely loan repayments and proactive follow-up with customers.

• Handle customer documents carefully and maintain confidentiality.

• Follow the bank's loan booking, collection, and cash-handling procedures.

• Prepare weekly field activity plans in coordination with the line manager.

• Conduct customer meetings according to the relevant product requirements.

• Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to products and services.

• Maintain service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Report suspected fraud or potential financial losses to the relevant manager.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, internal controls, and State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.

• MBA will be preferred.

Experience:

• Preferably 0–1 year of experience in a relevant field.

• Fresh graduates may be considered, subject to the employer's requirements.
