📋 Job Description

Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer Asset to join its Business Banking Department at the Daryakhan Branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting loan products, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Implement sales and service plans to achieve business growth targets.

• Identify potential customers and build strong, long-term relationships.

• Promote and sell loan products according to the bank's standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Achieve assigned sales targets through ethical and genuine lending practices.

• Assess customer profiles and creditworthiness using the Five Cs of Credit.

• Explain loan product terms, conditions, and repayment procedures to customers.

• Conduct physical verification of prospective borrowers.

• Ensure timely loan repayments and effective recovery through regular customer communication.

• Handle customer and legal documents carefully to prevent misuse.

• Follow the bank's cash-handling and loan collection policies.

• Prepare weekly field activity plans and report progress to the line manager.

• Conduct customer meetings according to the relevant product guidelines.

• Ensure loan processing and booking comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customer segments.

• Maintain service quality and resolve customer concerns in accordance with fair-treatment policies.

• Report suspected fraud, irregularities, or potential financial losses to the line manager.

• Follow State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations and internal control standards.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.

• Preferred Qualification: MBA.

• Experience: Preferably 0–1 year of relevant experience.

• Skills: Sales, customer relationship management, communication, negotiation, credit assessment, and market research.

• Additional Requirements: Strong ethical standards, target orientation, and the ability to develop customer relationships.
