AlBaraka Bank is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Manager Takaful – Admin & GSD in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Takaful coverage, claims, compliance, and related administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely renewal and adequate Takaful coverage for all bank assets, including equipment, vehicles, cash, and other items covered under relevant policies.

• Efficiently manage Takaful claims, maintain accurate records of insured assets and policy expiry dates, and ensure timely processing and follow-up with Takaful operators.

• Negotiate competitive Takaful terms and rates, maintain strong relationships with Takaful operators, and conduct market comparisons to secure optimal coverage.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit observations while maintaining proper documentation and reporting.

• Oversee staff discipline and performance within the unit, manage assigned responsibilities, mitigate operational risks, and perform additional duties assigned by the Bank.
