Job Description

Packages Group is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Junior Maintenance Executive – Electrical/Electronics to support electrical maintenance operations, troubleshoot equipment faults, and ensure the reliable operation of industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, VFDs, PLC/DCS, drives, and sensors.

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical equipment.

• Diagnose faults and interpret electrical schematics and single-line diagrams (SLDs).

• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, including PTW (Permit to Work), LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and PPE requirements.

Education & Experience

• Qualification: DAE in Electrical Instrumentation.

• Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and electronic maintenance.

• Experience with industrial automation systems, drives, and sensors.

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults and interpret technical diagrams.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of workplace electrical safety procedures.
