Job Overview

HBL's AI Incubation Program is designed to develop the next generation of Artificial Intelligence talent by providing hands-on exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data Analytics, Automation, and emerging technologies.

The program offers a structured learning journey, mentorship from experienced technology professionals, and opportunities to work on real business use cases that drive innovation and digital transformation across the bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Generative AI projects under the guidance of senior technology professionals.

• Assist in developing AI-powered solutions to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, risk management, and decision-making.

• Support data collection, cleansing, analysis, and visualization activities.

• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and prototypes using AI and automation technologies.

• Collaborate with Technology, Digital Banking, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams.

• Assist in the development and testing of AI models and algorithms.

• Research emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies applicable to banking.

• Participate in hackathons, innovation initiatives, and AI-focused learning programs.

• Prepare project documentation, presentations, and findings for stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with the bank's data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any of the following disciplines:

• Computer Science

• Software Engineering

• Artificial Intelligence

• Data Science

• Computer Engineering

Minimum Experience:

• Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.

• Professionals with up to 1 year of experience can also apply.

Degree Level: Bachelor's Honours (16 years of education).
