Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer Asset for its Karachi Islamic Branch. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting loan products, developing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective loan recovery while complying with the bank's policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and service targets through effective planning and execution.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Promote and sell the bank's loan and financial products.

• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.

• Evaluate customer profiles and creditworthiness using the Five Cs of Credit.

• Conduct physical verification of prospective clients.

• Explain loan products, terms, and conditions to customers.

• Ensure timely loan repayments and effective recovery of outstanding amounts.

• Follow the bank's loan booking procedures and operational policies.

• Prepare weekly field activity plans and customer follow-up schedules.

• Conduct regular customer meetings and provide ongoing support.

• Maintain the confidentiality and security of customers' legal documents.

• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.

• Report suspected fraudulent activities or potential financial losses.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies, SBP regulations, and internal control standards.

• Deliver quality customer service and address customer concerns professionally.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.

• MBA qualification will be preferred.

Experience:

• Preferably 0–1 year of experience in a relevant field.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.

• Persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Customer assessment and basic credit evaluation.

• Target-oriented approach and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of banking products and customer service practices.
