Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI Governance & Ethics frameworks, policies, standards, and guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with international AI standards, including EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and OECD AI Principles.

• Develop AI risk assessment methods, including bias audits and model explainability checks.

• Establish governance procedures for the complete AI model lifecycle.

• Ensure AI/ML models follow ethical principles such as fairness, transparency, accountability, and privacy.

• Conduct bias and fairness testing on high-risk AI models.

• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to manage AI-related risks.

• Guide Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams on ethical AI practices.

• Develop training programs to promote AI ethics awareness across the organization.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

💼 Experience:

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant professional experience.

🎂 Age Limit:

• Maximum 55 years as of the application date.
