About the Role
The Relationship Officer Asset at Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) plays a crucial role in building and maintaining meaningful customer relationships. You will act as a dedicated point of contact for clients, understanding their unique financial needs and providing personalized guidance on MMBL’s products and services. This role combines sales, advisory, and client relationship management to enhance the banking experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities

Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve growth objectives in coordination with Branch/Relationship Managers.

Sell MMBL products by establishing and nurturing customer relationships following bank SOPs.

Meet sales targets ethically, ensuring genuine and compliant loan sales.

Identify business opportunities, evaluate prospects, and analyze industry positioning.

Assess customer profiles using the five C’s of credit and guide customers on loan products and repayment processes.

Conduct market research to identify new areas and opportunities for growth.

Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines (SBP).

Safeguard customer documents and manage collections according to the bank’s collection manual.

Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and report any fraudulent or high-risk cases promptly.

Participate in regular customer meetings and provide feedback for product/service improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Experience: 0–1 years in a relevant field is desirable.

Strong aptitude for persuasion, negotiation, and business development.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
