Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. is seeking a Relationship Manager – Asset to manage and grow asset-based customer relationships with a strong focus on ethical lending, portfolio quality, and customer-centric financial solutions.

This role goes beyond sales — it requires strategic relationship management, credit assessment, and field-based client engagement to ensure sustainable portfolio growth and financial inclusion.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

💼 Sales & Business Growth

Execute approved sales/service plans to achieve branch growth targets
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through field visits and engagement
Identify new market opportunities and potential client segments
Promote and market bank loan products effectively
Ensure achievement of sales targets through genuine and ethical lending practices

📊 Credit & Risk Management

Evaluate customer profiles using the Five Cs of Credit
Conduct physical verification of clients and business premises
Ensure compliance with SOPs, SBP regulations, and internal credit policies
Monitor loan performance and ensure zero-default portfolio standards

🏦 Portfolio & Collection Management

Ensure timely loan repayments through proactive client communication
Oversee collection processes while maintaining strict compliance with cash-handling policies
Support recovery efforts and manage delinquency risks

👥 Team & Branch Support

Assist in managing Relationship Officers (Asset) and support their performance
Provide training and guidance on credit evaluation and customer handling
Drive team productivity, motivation, and target achievement
Coordinate with operations for smooth loan disbursement processes

📈 Reporting & Planning

Prepare weekly field activity plans with Line Manager
Conduct regular customer meetings (monthly/quarterly)
Report fraud risks, operational issues, or suspicious activities promptly
Contribute insights for product and service improvement

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in microfinance or asset sales
Strong understanding of credit analysis and field sales operations
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
