We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the position of Deputy Assistant Director (E-Sahulat). This role focuses on managing franchise operations, ensuring service excellence, and strengthening coordination between head office and regional teams.

🎓 Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Master’s degree will be preferred

💼 Experience Required

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations
• Preference for candidates with exposure to:
  • Franchise or network-based environments
  • FinTech, banking, or digital service operations

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of franchisees across the network
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Manage franchise onboarding, activation, and system records
• Monitor transaction flows and handle exceptions or reversals
• Resolve disputes efficiently while minimizing financial risks
• Coordinate with regional offices and provide operational support
• Track performance against KPIs and recommend improvements
• Draft and manage agreements, MoUs, and official documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Technology, Networks, Infrastructure)
• Liaise with external partners and service providers

• Initial contract of 3 years (extendable) with 6-month probation
