📌 Job Overview
The selected candidate will support the design and implementation of educational resources, teacher training activities, and professional development initiatives for K–12 education programs across READ Foundation schools.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop educational resource materials, lesson plans, assessments, and training manuals
- Design subject-specific learning content and review curriculum materials
- Conduct teacher training workshops and classroom support visits
- Coordinate with regional teams for textbook review and academic activities
- Monitor teaching quality and support professional development initiatives
- Prepare reports, documentation, and research summaries related to education programs
- Collaborate with schools and stakeholders for effective program implementation
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education
- At least a Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline from an HEC-recognized university
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in training and material development
- Strong command of English subject content and assessment methods
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively for field assignments
