We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented International Business Development Manager to lead global B2B growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing full sales cycles, and expanding international market presence through strategic outreach and partnerships.
๐ Key Responsibilities
๐น Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and generate high-quality B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, cold outreach, Upwork, Fiverr, Clutch, DesignRush, Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Build targeted prospect lists based on region, industry, and company size
- Execute outbound campaigns including email sequences and LinkedIn messaging
- Collaborate with marketing team for inbound lead capture strategies
๐น Sales & Client Engagement
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements
- Qualify leads based on Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT)
- Develop customized pitches aligned with company solutions
- Lead client presentations, negotiations, and proposal discussions
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and pricing strategies
๐น Pipeline & Relationship Management
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture sales pipelines
- Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Manage post-sales client relationships for retention and satisfaction
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Act as single point of contact for key accounts
๐น Strategy & Growth
- Analyze competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends
- Identify new international market opportunities
- Support strategic partnerships and global collaborations
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams
๐น Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline records
- Track KPIs including lead conversion rate, cost per lead, deal cycle time, and revenue contribution
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports
๐ง Requirements & Skills
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnel and lifecycle
- Proven negotiation and deal closing skills
- Experience in proposal writing and RFP handling
- Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with outreach tools (Apollo, Lemlist, etc.)
- Experience with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.)
- Exposure to enterprise platforms (Clutch, DesignRush, etc.)
- Basic understanding of paid advertising funnels (Google & Meta Ads)
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong presentation and pitching abilities
