About the Role

Teknosys is seeking a talented AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-ready Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. This role bridges the gap between data science and software engineering by transforming AI models into scalable, reliable, and business-driven applications.

As an AI Engineer, you'll collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to build intelligent systems, optimize model performance, and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications while following industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for production environments.
• Build and maintain scalable data, training, and inference pipelines.
• Integrate machine learning models into enterprise applications.
• Develop APIs and AI-powered services for downstream applications.
• Implement Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, including:
  • Prompt Engineering
  • Fine-tuning
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Optimize AI systems for scalability, security, reliability, and low latency.
• Contribute to AIOps practices including automated testing, deployment, and model monitoring.
• Maintain documentation, version control, and engineering standards throughout the AI lifecycle.
• Promote responsible AI practices, ensuring data privacy and model security.
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Or a related discipline

Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in:
  • AI Development
  • Machine Learning Engineering
  • Software Engineering

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python (Java, Go, or C++ is an advantage).
• Experience deploying machine learning models into production.
• Hands-on expertise with:
  • TensorFlow
  • PyTorch
  • AI/LLM frameworks and libraries
• Experience with cloud platforms:
  • AWS
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, and containerized deployments.
• Familiarity with AI interface frameworks such as React, Streamlit, or Gradio.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, AIOps, and version control systems.
• Excellent analytical, software design, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration mindset with a passion for continuous learning.
