Job Purpose

Support the organization's legal and corporate governance functions by providing legal and operational assistance that strengthens internal reporting, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports effective litigation management. The role helps mitigate organizational risks while enhancing accountability across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in legal and operational activities to strengthen compliance frameworks, internal controls, and corporate governance.
• Support the management of litigation matters by coordinating with external legal counsel and monitoring case progress.
• Operate financial and administrative systems, including invoice creation and processing, to support legal department operations.
• Assist in preparing, monitoring, and managing the departmental budget.
• Maintain an organized repository of legal documents, ensuring proper archiving, retrieval, and compliance with document retention policies.
• Prepare legal documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.

Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferably LL.B.)

💼 Experience

• Preferably up to 2 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

General Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation preparation skills.
