Job Summary / Major Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing customer and business propositions and ensuring effective execution through the delivery network.
• Developing and jointly executing marketing and sales programs, campaigns, and sales collateral.
• Strengthening existing customer relationships through cross-selling and deepening of banking products.
• Ensuring compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) guidelines, internal policies, procedures, and sales processes.
• Ensuring branch sales staff have accurate knowledge of banking products.
• Meeting prospective, existing, valued, institutional, and corporate clients for business development and networking.
• Ensuring productivity of branch sales staff, including PB, PBO, and CSO.
• Supporting branch deposit growth and overall branch productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Age Limit

• Up to 55 years as of the application date.

Experience

• Minimum 9 to 12 years of banking experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates having at least 5 years of relevant experience.
